That’s why, in just one week, with AI assistance our lead engineer Matt Armstrong built and integrated an Agentic Conversational AI Assistant directly into the dotstudioPRO CMS. What makes this even more powerful is that it was developed on the back of our new AI-powered Search feature already in the dashboard, turning search into a springboard for a whole new way of working.
From Search to Assistant
The journey began with AI-powered Search inside our CMS dashboard, a feature that allows users to find and filter content with natural language queries that think more like a person than a database.
From there, Matt extended the foundation into a fully Agentic Conversational AI Assistant. In just one week, he added the ability to:
Interpret commands beyond search, chaining multi-step workflows together.
Execute operations directly in the CMS, from geo-blocking to playlist creation.
Respond conversationally so teams can manage content the way they think, not the way systems dictate.
